CHALLENGE YOURSELF!

What would you like to achieve??

As we enter a new decade it can make us think back over the last 10 years and our lives.

Do we wish we had done things or acted differently?  Do we wish we had achieved more in our careers, relationships, health, fitness??  Or, perhaps you are totally satisfied with your decade, in which case CONGRATULATIONS and well done! 

While "wishing" can not changes things and the benefit of hindsight is a fabulous thing, the positive thing that can come out of reminiscing is how we can alter our lives for the future.  We can make positive changes about ourselves and our lives.  We realise that "fate" can have it's own ideas but we can set our own destinys and although the path may be crooked at times we can finally reach the rainbow's end!

What, you may ask, has all this melancholy and philosphy got to do with health and fitness.... 

Well, here goes, how about setting yourself a CHALLENGE of the Decade

It may be to achieve a Taekwondo black belt, to run a marathon (or a half marathon), to walk the Great Wall of China, to climb to Mount Everest basecamp, or it may be something smaller but still a challenge for you....

Whatever you challenge yourself to do it is YOUR own challenge and something YOU personally want to achieve for yourself!  It isn't anyone else's goal but YOURS
